Really nice company to work with.
Work for this company over 17 years, make redundant in August, in overall really friendly family based company, not enough opportunities, for example make more money... overtime extra work, but at the same time really safe and nice atmosphere, really good people working here, I’m really enjoy work for them , cannot say anything bad about this company, I find lots of management really friendly to me and easy to talk about anything, because of business getting pressure right now been make redundant, cannot blame company it’s private company, so in overall not enough pressure and extra money, at the same time , no stress and second lovely family at work, lots off support and really happy company to work with.

Resident Liaison Officer in Harrow Weald, Harrow.
on 23 January 2018
Great job satisfaction, management encourage employee input.
A typical day would begin with an informal team meeting where we discuss how the day should go, talk about how we would like to proceed and jobs that need to be closed. RLO's would then travel to varies properties and report to contractors and site managers throughout the day. There would also be meetings to attend. Management were firm but fair and expected results. The most difficult part of the job was juggling time. The most enjoyable part of the job was, by far, the problem solving aspect.

Working at Durkan as a Resident Liaison officer has given me the experience to understand and maintain customer satisfaction with complaints and enquiries such as customer service, maintaining the challenging situations, liaising with the customers and suppliers to resolve the circumstances. I also dealt with complaints received from Tower Hamlets Council through defects tracker, update the tracking system and liaising with the contractors, updating database and spread sheets for company records and arranging appointments and schedule to everyone’s convenience and deputising the Senior Resident Liaison Officer.

Suited me down to the ground.
I love being able to work in different places and to meet all kinds of different people, you never know what the day will bring and no two days are the same.
