  • Need state advertising vacancies what shift patterns are/or to what candidate applying for. Before he/she applys non of company vacancy have this just hours expected or guarantee/required. People need more reassurance on what shifts get into. 4on4off is better this should be fully regulated. Each individual work up to 48hrs. Anything. Over must be consented first still remain on a fixed 4on 4off plan everyone working long hours like 12hrs a day

  • Shift pattern in industry maximum of 48hrs a week & rotational on fixed 4on 4off basis. More people prepared to work these type of rotational shift plan. Non Long 5 out of 7 or longer. Security frontline staff whole UK do lots while on duty we respect same in return & if pay day falls on 1 or 2 day over a weekend payment should be completed on Friday & never day late. 15th falls on Sat or Sun payment is Friday not Monday. Whole industry need be same across board. Same term & conditions & benefits everyone is offering different things they shouldn't all be same as whole industry. Shifts Respect paid on time & correct benefits. Lots more.
