Need state advertising vacancies what shift patterns are/or to what candidate applying for. Before he/she applys non of company vacancy have this just hours expected or guarantee/required. People need more reassurance on what shifts get into. 4on4off is better this should be fully regulated. Each individual work up to 48hrs. Anything. Over must be consented first still remain on a fixed 4on 4off plan everyone working long hours like 12hrs a day
