Bad workplace to work for you feel under valued
Bad experience to work for. you feel under valued for minimum wage. more work in every day with less staff in when it is busy and more staff in when its not busy and the management try to bully you to point you just want to leave the workplace and it includes heavy lifting up to 35 kg parcels and they expect to lift the parcels on your own at a fast pace the only good thing about working here is the people you work with so i would keep clear in my opinion
Parcel Sorter/Warehouse Operative in Willenhall, West Midlands

Have to be physically strong to do this job
Did two shifts here and it was the hardest thing I have ever done. You are expected to carry very heavy items to numerous locations whilst getting shouted at by supervisors to work faster. To make it even harder the locations are all over the place. You need to be mega strong if you want to work here.

Good environment, trucks and management, easy work.
Brilliant overall, no stress, no one bothers you in any way, you're left alone to do your work, they do their best to keep you on the shift pattern and routes you prefer.

Don't do it
Just don't bother, they make a easy job hard with rubbish rules. Think that the road crews are machines not humans. Customers asking you to lift 10 stone boxes here there and everywhere.

Interview questions

Very basic questions such as where did you work before and how long you been driving, just ask them loads of questions back about the job and you’ll be fine. Most likely will be offered a job on the spot and probably start the following Monday if you don’t have a notice to work
