Micky Takers.
Crewe Depot Management are a disgrace. Trucks loaded dangerously! No care for Parcels.Expected to do favours virtually every day taking up time you have put in to finish at a decent time. Drivers point Blank tell management what they are delivering.Zero Team work! Every driver is like a fishwife.Avoid with this current management No Backbone.

DX: Slave labour
I worked in the Willenhall branch and to start off my shift, me and another lad were sent backwards and forwards because management didn’t do their job. I was then taken to where I would be working and given the “ basics” then get on with it, understandable it’s going to be heavy and sometimes you can’t be quick, but always shouting: COME ON, GO, GO isn’t the best encouragement. Then you get bombarded with different pallets every 20 seconds. Having to switch for one to another within seconds is a bud disorientating, then all you get is GO. Then if you aren’t up to par, you get taken aside and told you take the p***and that your making a mockery, then they use the” do you want a job” method of making you work quicker. I decided to leave because I value my mental health being in tact, DO NOT COME HERE, IF YOU VALUE YOUR SELF WORTH

Woefully bad.
Terrible Managers and Team leader. Managers and Team leader would hide in the office all night untill the work was completed then emerge in the morning and start degrading and shouting the odds at the normal workers. High workload and low pay. Have some self respect and avoid at all costs.

Nothing serious really laid back, even got told a story about a lad getting hit by forklift and crushing ankle in a joking demeanour.
