The company offer no training and expect you to know how to do everything. Management is shocking and offer no support when it's most needed and don't care about the employees.

terrible conpany to work for

the management are horrible, the atmosphere cliche and undermine people. Very unsupportive towards staff, have seen horrible things there. Nasty place to work avoid at all costs. Very low pay, no sick pay and managers pressure staff to do more and more. The phone goes all the time and have to get it.

If you put the hours in and work hard you will benefit. The paperwork is n bit tricky to get use to but it's easy after a week. Quality work will get you far with this company.
