So far so good

I have only just started but am so far happy with how it’s going. I cannot comment on wages or bonuses as yet I can see it’s a very busy company and have many very happy customers. I don’t understand engineers complaining about being busy? You’re not going to get paid to sit in your butt in any job and I’d rather go home knowing I’ve wasn’t my money. You get a van and fuel paid for which coming from self employed means a lot. The managers are ex plumbers and not just pen pushers so have knowledge to help those in need of stuck.

Not a good experience

Lack of training, having to wait a long time for parts, little or no support fron the office, asked for help was told to find a youtube video, high staff turn over

Toxic environment

Long hours and poor pay with stressful environment because of the people there. They can't communicate and work together. Very annoying people. There is no equality. Some people get away with things others do not. Very disorganised.
