We are agents of change. We start by turning convention on its head. Family owned, beholden to no one, so we can forge our own path - different and authentic. Never satisfied, we constantly strive to find a better way. We solve problems that others choose to ignore with ingenious new technologies that defy convention and simply work better.

In 2012 we were 3120 people. Today we're over 14,000. Our future is bright and the next few years are set to be our busiest yet as we continue to innovate...

In 2012 we were 3120 people. Today we're over 14,000. Our future is bright and the next few years are set to be our busiest yet as we continue to innovate and disrupt with new categories, new machines, and launching more demo stores all over the world. This gives us the opportunity to bring all our technologies together into a single product.

We never have and never will stand still.

A great company for some, but awful for others. Not a lot of flexibility in working patterns where compression of hours is favoured over an ability to work away from the office every now and then when a life event happens. Great benefits offered but most are there to ensure employees attend site. Management and leadership are generally very good although there are some exceptions

Fantastic
I have worked at Dyson for 11 months now and it is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. They look after their staff and are flexible with hours. I have never had a problem.

Stressfull, be menial tasks. Not Rewarding, and not with the headache for t minimum pay
Was a Good company, where the rewards were reasonable. Just before Covid everything became less, staff incentives, awful recognition process less vouchers to get staff deals on vacuums. I did get more stress by having additional unnecessary work, meaningless repetitive forms to audit instead of what was 1 single form then many.Job became less rewarding, less appreciated and more stressfull with mi...

Don’t work here.
Management are inept at best. Treat some staff badly but others get away with almost anything. Bullying a big problem which nothing is done about.Could be such a nice place to work if certain changes were made.
