We are agents of change. We start by turning convention on its head. Family owned, beholden to no one, so we can forge our own path - different and authentic. Never satisfied, we constantly strive to find a better way. We solve problems that others choose to ignore with ingenious new technologies that defy convention and simply work better.

In 2012 we were 3120 people. Today we're over 14,000. Our future is bright and the next few years are set to be our busiest yet as we continue to innovate and disrupt with new categories, new machines, and launching more demo stores all over the world. This gives us the opportunity to bring all our technologies together into a single product.

We never have and never will stand still.

A lot has changed in the past few years

Lots of great benefits - Great pay - Paid sick leave - Product allocation - Discount - Private health care - Fixed shifts in retail store - Bonus scheme at Christmas - Plenty of training on products - Opportunity to be involved in events - Good maternity package Even more benefits for employees at head office such as free coffee/tea, gym on site, concierge service etc The problems have been since covid in retail, shifts have been changed messing up people's childcare arrangements, no sympathy or negotiation just given notice that it will change, working from home during lockdowns on website with minimal training and experience, lots of staff going off on the sick with stress or leaving due to changes, then being made to work in other stores with minimal notice and not much empathy to employees, management changes and harsher rules being enforced but not across the board just regionally and now stock is a major issue but targets remain high but with hardly anything to sell/not the products people come in for - no proper updates on stock situation And different managers tell you different things and no one seems to know the answer Zero progression, employees are actively told not to apply for management jobs as they're "not ready"

A disaster

Not a good place to work at all and most of my colleagues agreed. You may get lucky in certain teams with good managers, but this is rare. Overall company culture, ethics and vision are shockingly bad and they don't care about anything but their bottom line. Lies, manipulation and incompetence abound.

Very bad company

Though it’s a MNC but the culture is just like a home business . Long working hours. Micro management. Network issue inside the premises.no flexibility. For the work which can be done remotely management expect you to be in office .

Don't work here

Absolutely no good company. Company is in shambles. Management do not know what is going on. They expect you to sell to customers who do not want the product. They give you hours and hours of material to put the competition down.

Shockingly poor upper management

Worked at Bumpers farm site. Senior management clueless and should be removed from their positions. Treated like dirt. Avoid this place like the plague… Too many people wanting to stab you in the back to further their own careers.
