Waste Operative in Kilmarnock, East Ayrshire
on 1 November 2020
Fun place to work. Everyone friendly
I would like more stability as I was just on the bank which only gave me a month to month contract. They don’t seem to give out permanent positions. Hope to get taken back on.

One of the worst experience of my life working with the council wasn't treated fairly atall definitely favouritism for other staff members while I got ignored for asking for help

Modern Apprentice - Horticulture
I enjoyed this position but left to stay with my father, would recommend to school leavers to get them into outdoor work and horticulture. Had some great laughs with my team’s, there are lot of good people in the workforce.

Great experience
Of all the home care positions the council was the best run, managed and working standards. The service users were well looked after and it was reflected on the staff and management.
