Bullying, bullying, bullying. Horrendous management, but they are too busy patting each other on the back to care. Chief Executive supports this behavior, as I found out (and have an email from her to prove this) she blamed management bullying on "pressures". Worse trust in ever worked in. But don't worry, if you 'brown nose' or your face fits, you'll be ok.

For approaching manegmentThe we care values mean nothing, hypocritical nonsense. Management are bullies and get away with it, if you challenge the trust you get disciplined. I have seen it time and time again but nothing changes, it's all a front.

Management bunch of monkeys! Who employs them I do not know!! To get paid loads to think of more rubbish ideas ! No progression, rubbish pay . Rewarding work though
