Staff Nurse in Burnley, Lancashire

Nurse
Shifts dry at the minute for bank and agency. Royal Blackburn feels dangerous to work in, not worth losing pin over. Burnley and pendle appear better, however not much support from higher up wherever you go
Senior Mental Health Practitioner in Burnley, Lancashire

Supportive place to work
Really sense of team, great people and good management structure. Approachable managers and team members. Great supervision and supervisors. Experienced team.
Associate Practitioner in Blackburn, Lancashire

Okay place to work.
The hospital is an okay place to work. Staff parking is poor as it often very hard to find a spot to park in with some resorting to parking on the grass. Not much room for job progression.
Band 6 Physiotherapist in Burnley, Lancashire

Productive and fun
Productive and fun workplace to work for. No issues. Love it. Can’t say anything bad about it. Lots of progression. Supportive workplace. No specific issues.

Overall good trust to work for. Equipment outdated though
Outdated equipment compared to LSCFT, and took a long time to set myself up with a working ID badge, access to email inboxes and car parking. The team is friendly, but management is a bit blind to how the department feels.
