Bank Administrator in East London
on 6 July 2020
Supportive work environment
Flexibility with approach to management and employee relations, encouragement of BAME culture, work is variable, and environments are quite relaxed - many work sites have good travel routes
Registered Nurse in Mile end hospital
on 19 June 2020
Some of the nursing staff are fantastic to work with
The managers have no experience of what they are doing, majority of their staff are of BME background. Though their logo has inclusion added to it but in reality they have no idea what it meant. It is about tick boxes and when you made a formal written complaints, it is swept under the carpet, most of them have their issues with ethnic minority and get treated like they do not matter, most of their nurses have left because they felt under valued and the disrespected.
Social Therapist in Hackney, Greater London

You will learn a lot
Working for ELFT gave me the best start in working in mental health and with offenders. They offer a lot of opportunity and there is a real sense of community
Staff Nurse in Luton, Bedfordshire
on 4 April 2020
Good
Two happy years of learning and development. Clear career development. Good management. I might work there again in future. Friends still enjoy working there.
Honorary Assistant Psychologist in Homerton, Greater London

Productive workplace
Productive workplace. A typical day at work included managing caseloads and liasing with the multi disciplinary team. I wrote reports and met with service users.
