Clinical Assistance Support Liaison in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire

Stressful
There's very little chance of advancement unless you are a paramedic, culture of bullying and parking is a pain. The staff are overall friendly but some of the managers are bullies and this affects staff moral.

Intense due to the nature of the work ie as a paramedic
I worked for them for 40 plus years with many highs and lows. Salary increases over the years were reasonable.A good but challenging work environment. I worked for EMAS for a long time the job fitted me and I fitted the job

Job security
I can never imagine a time when the country will never require ambulance service. There is progress opportunities if you want them. Always training which is good as well

Worst place to work ever. Managers across the spectrum are only out for themselves
If you want colleagues who offer support you will find it out on the road. The head office including hr and senior management are lazy corrupt and lie to cover the fact morale is the lowest it has ever been. Senior hr and training team are clueless and a complete waste of space. Leadership training is a complete joke. Anyone looking to work here don’t bother, they will destroy you.

Awful
By far the worst company I have ever worked for!!! Poor management who only look after each other. Always having meal breaks late due to impossible jobs given from control. Late finishes most days and no thanks given for this. Every single member of management seem to palm you off on someone else when you ask for help or advice. A total sham!
