Hold system needs a complete review.
Can be very beneficial to the right employees but the old school approach keeps judgemental mangers in their jobs, not allowing for more progressive staff to improve on the system! Most businesses should run on the feed back of their employees in general and not on dogmatic and superior approaches used in these system by mangers who's basic training is out dated! So can be beneficial but the system is out of date.

Bullying actively encouraged
Gossipy, cliquey. Too many nasty people. Victim culture. Bullying culture. No security, temporary contracts, year on probation and they can just get rid of you for no reason, without justification. If your face doesn't fit you have a difficult life. No support from line manager, no induction. Constant personal criticism.

School with sea view
A wonderful recently built school with sea view. Great relaxed feeling about it for staff and children. Designated areas for learning and space for happy learning to take place.

Without doubt the worse place I have ever worked. Bullying, aggression and rudeness is rife within this department. Management don’t care less and seem to encourage this behaviour. Certain members of the admin team and senior caseworkers have been getting away with this for years. Senior managers and HR are not interested so anyone who raises awareness suffers passive bullying. Turnover of staff is massive. AVOID for your own health and well being.

Where did I see myself in 5 years!!! I should of said I saw myself broken degraded and a shadow of my former self due to the treatment and the stress I endured there.
