Learn their values, RESPECT, response times/categories, just research the current ambulance themes i.e. JRCALC guidelines, call to balloon times, what we are measured on via CCQ's i.e. complaints, CVA times, - CQUINS i think they are called. Paramedic stuff if relevant i.e. read HCPC codes for paramedics/ethics etc. READ some JRCALC/sepsis. Safeguarding is a big theme at the moment. Care in the community i.e. what services are available etc.

Awful! Target driven with constant aggression from team leaders...no regard for staff well being... healthcare shouldn't be so demoralizing like this
