Fast paced
Working at Eaton was challenging but enjoyable when there were tasks lined up, however, towards the end of my time at Eaton, the work load started to dry and up and therefore it became boring to work here. Overall, the process of assembling the light fittings was fun but repetitive.

Terrible place to work
Being agency you constantly get moved around and get given all the rubbish jobs the perms won't do as well as pointless tasks. You are completely expendable. The managers etc brag how much money to company makes but pay their hard working staff peanuts and clearly don't value them even the ones who have worked there for nearly 20yrs or more. The work is constant and dirty with little to no training provided. You have to constantly wear safety glasses even if your job does not require them which hurt your eyes over long periods of time.

Stressful place to work
Before Eaton took over MTL, it was a good place to work. Current management is too inexperienced and doesn't listen to its more experienced staff. Employees are promoted without the necessary aptitude or experience. Very good Health and Safety structure. No work/life balance. Operators are expected to work most weekends.

Excellent place to work with great emphasis on people
I only worked at Eaton for a year, but found the company and management first rate with huge emphasis on people and wellbeing. An excellent company that really care about people.
