Dreadful managing team, every year everyone was threatenend with redundancy because work was so unstable and at every Christmas we wpuld have redundancy meeting and ket loads of people go, then get them back as temp workers the following year in January for less pay
Some long term employees do not know how good they have it at Eaton.
Strong teams an dB good individual support.
