Eaton is amazing company but for growth its very slow. It should have IGP for anyone who would like to grow and change band. Some of the career growth tools are for salary band above 06, so its difficult for employees below that band to grow. Otherwise I consider myself fortunate to work for such wonderful organization.

Ensure the management are the correct people for the roles and lead by example, are held responsible for their actions. HR retrained in the law to offer advice to managers not just take notes at meetings as a tick in the box exercise.
