The pay does not tally with hours of work on their clocking app.As well as sending two people to go clean on site, it should not be on workers that two people were sent.

The most ridiculous company in the cleaning industry on the market.Absolutely disgusting approach and connection with the office staff (rude and disrespectful,unprofessional,basic people).Avoid with any costs.

I advise to keep away they expect you to do everything for them on minimum wage. Training new commers even tho were not trainers working more hours then your contracted to do both days and nights straight after eachother. Managment are terrible and dont have a clue and never see them ever. Worse company to ever work for and you have no out of work life. Constant messages right through oit the day trying to get you to drop everything and go work.

I have worked with them on part time and the management have time to support you and educate you on any ways. It was fun though but less pay and no motivation

Awful company, no compassion for its employees, 0 level of understanding. Expect you to work your bones bare in short time for pittance. Sell you the dream in interview but once in, it's terrible.

Don't do it

Terrible company. High turn over. They don't care about staff members. Bad training and just dumped in it. Constantly having to prove you haven't left cleaning equipment in a mess then coming in to clear up after night shift. Minimum wage. Biased against older employees. Avoid.

Always busy ,working times can be flexible understsnding management. Working in shift patterns to complete daily cleaning tasks. Cleaners all communicate very well with each other to help with jobs

Unbelievably bad

I think I have had a lucky escape.The recruitment is a complete corporate game playing exercise.They give you numbers that don't work and blame the fact that they can't get through.Patronising and go off on tangents.Obviously run by players.AVOID!!!

I did enjoy working for this company at first but then they just put on you all the time never allowed holidays. Site co ordinator is rude all the time. Even gone gym manager is just as bad as the company

I had almost 2 months experience my worst 2 months ...in a job,they don't give holiday because they can't cover you ,they find any reasons to stress you out and to make you quit the job NO RECOMMEND AVOID

I worked almost one month for part time but one of the biggest mistake of my life. Even if we use application for working hours, they calculated my shifts wrong. Their payment policy is not motivated. Thank you.

Think twice before taking a job with ecosense

Awful company to work for, management are rude and unhelpful. My interview was to work unpaid with two other people hoping to get the job and basically the other two were told to leave half way through the shift. They deduct money for everything possible, even to verify your hours of work, pay for your own uniform etc. I worked over 60 hours a month but was only getting paid for 48, it's a disgraceful company and I recommend looking elsewhere for employment.

Definitely not worth the time

The most unprofessional company I've ever experienced currently working for them and have only ever been contacted once by the company to ask me to work extra hours. I have never seen anyone from the company since I started. They have add many more duties to the work load and they plan on cutting hours eventually. The disregard that it may be a struggle for certain people to travel home at 5am. All together theres better opportunities even though they try and sound great it's 100% false.
