The company as a whole look after the staff. The environment can be quite toxic and it has a few cliques here and there among the more younger membere of staff

Awful office culture. good flexibility

Bureaucratic, questionable leadership competency. Infighting between different team, territoriality, obscure and not transparent decision making and communication, lack of feedback.Lack of career progression and learning opportunities.Good options for flexible work. Some people are good to work with.
