Horrendous Environment
Sales Advisor - Full Time (Former Employee) - Sunderland, Tyne and Wear - 8 October 2018
High pressure environment for no reward, takes no consideration of mental health and compared to other contact centre environments, highly toxic. Avoid unless necessary.

Uncomfortable place to work
Outbound Sales Advisor (Former Employee) - Sunderland - 26 March 2018
Worked here when it was 2Touch. Causes a lot of stress and you get underpaid a lot. Full of nasty jumped up management who bully employees also breach of data protection on numerous times. Floor managers talks to staff like rubbish. My day was spent cold calling calls from customers who was not with EDF and price searching to save money on energy bills. The job didn't have many expectations or advancements to go for. Unrealistic targets set, extremely bad when letting work force go by releasing them on the day with no warning.
Pros
None
Cons
Lack of support, Management, Bullying, Unrealistic targets, Paid Incorrectly

Fun, good laugh, nice bunch of people.
Sales Advisor (Current Employee) - Sunderland, Tyne and Wear - 13 June 2017
Very fun and tidy enviroment to work in, nice bunch of people, learned quite alot how work works, ways of life in the work enviroment, managment could be better alot of changes, team leaders who are unexpreienced taking over didn't really know how to work sytems etc, worked there to earn bonus wasn't earning due to being swapped and changed from different campaigns high and less bonus so didn't have that stability, most enjoyable part was hitting target then going for more if some days didn't hit would always look to overacheive day after.
Pros
Tidy, Fun, Good minimum wage.
Cons
Change of job title alot which resulted less money etc.

Commission Based Salary
Field Sales Advisor (Former Employee) - Nottingham - 14 April 2015
Door to door sales within the gas and electricity field, I learned a lot throughout my time at sales, and enjoyed saving people money on there utility bills, however it was commission based, and lack of security was the only down fall, the hardest part of the job was trying to persuade people to change there gas and electricity fuel, but the most enjoyable part, was meeting people on a day to day basis and converting there fuel to the company with my useful information, was deeply fulfilling
Pros
Loved working outdoors
Cons
Lack of job security

A very stable job is the best thing about working within EDF. The management do push you very hard but I suppose it is that which gets the best out of you.
