Difficult job in difficult conditions with regards to the energy crisis, staff turnover contributes to poor customer service as complaints and issues are not followed up correctly

Fun place , really good people

Definitely worth working. But they fo break their promises which is a normal Large company Politics but rather than that everything is good. Do change thir policies all of a sudden.

Ok

Good pay and benefits, good morale but management can be often lack leadership. Friendly office and good culture overall but very much dependant on team

Not bad…

Not a bad place to work, shifts are reliable and pay is basic, basic targeted call centre. Management are poor and offensive regarding medical issues.
