Not the worst place to be

Not a bad place to work. Management were okay. Long days though . They don't like paying overtime. The long shifts vs salary pay isn't worth it as it means your hourly rate could actually work out to less than minimum wage. You could work 60 hours and your only paid for 40. Laid back place to work though .

Good place to work.

Worked at ECL 6 months now & feel settled in due to not just being a number but a valued member of staff. The group of staff are always friendly & willing to help if they can , Great banter in the canteen on breaks , the driving job itself is is as easy as you make it as long as you stick to the rules.Overall a great place to work!!

Decent company to work for. Management good in general..like all jobs good days and bad days

Decent company overall but lots of hours overall. Hard to get a balance between work life and home life. I found the management very willing to listen to your input
