Great place to work

Really enjoy working for ECL. Supervisors and managers are approachable and fair, the job itself isnt taxing in any way. Good rota for work life balance, decent buses and good routes.Colleagues are a good bunch too so always plenty of banter and support if you need itProbably the best driving job I've had. I'd recommend working here.

Decent company overall but lots of hours overall. Hard to get a balance between work life and home life. I found the management very willing to listen to your input

Could be a lot better

Was once a very good job. Nowadays management will lie to you, promise you the earth and not follow through. A massive shake up is currently underway and drivers are leaving rapidly of their own accord. Salary is based on a 5 day week however you will be made to work 6 days and will only be paid the overtime for this if you fight for it. Also you could be working anywhere up to 21 hours per day meaning your salary could be well below minimum wage. Other than that, fantastic job......
