Supervisor in Northern Ireland

Competitive
They run a competition.. if you sell anything tweed on a given day, you get a bonus... A bonus of nothing. There is also an online site available for no reason on one of the tills other than to waste time because the shop can't actually order you anything from it.

Fantastic company to work for, feels like a big family in the Head office. Friendly faces always around for a chat. Manager offered many opportunities for progression and new courses to undertake

Working for the company
I was put into different areas of the company with no training, I have learning difficulties which they all knew about but I still had no support. I also found out that the true reason I was taken on was to just cover those that were taking holidays for those months. The reason they gave me and the head office was that I was not pulling my weight and being very difficult with staff and the public, I got a letter from head office saying that they will not take this any further as they wanted to prosecute me.
