  • Training for supervisors is required, or better selection process, when staff have concerns, give them some to talk too!!!(other than supervisor). notice when supervisors are taking advantage of their position. In January I refused to use a discount code that ran out on 24/12/19 but got shouted at by the supervisor to use it for her friend. I walked away from till. My contract is not being renewed after trial.

  • Better training... equal rights for employees

  • Less expectations on management
