Poor Place
Unachievable targets, poor management, horrific wages and a depressing place to work. Would never ever recommend anyone to work at EE unless you want to be depressed and bored

Fun whilst it lasted…
Lovely team, made work less stressful. Target unrealistic and insanely high which makes it hard to achieve. Therefore, bonus was a privilege. Management above was terrible, people kept leaving and was left with 3 people to run the shop during busiest time (Christmas holiday). If you’re looking to earn crazy bonus this might not be the place. Overall, thank you for the opportunities and opening doors to telecommunications industry:)

Horrendous experience
Always worked in sales and very successful. Was employed on the basis of being fast tracked into management. That was a lie. I never struggled to hit targets but I did see others struggle and how they treated them. It's not a nice environment and I'd never go back into sales. If you don't hit targets they find ways to push you out. Basically constructive dismissal. Then it's all covered up by higher management so making complaints is useless.

Great place to work
I’ve worked at 4 call centres in my life and EE is by far the best, they really do care about you. You’re not just a number. They make an effort to check on you and your well being. When the company thrives, that reflects on your pay. It doesn’t just reflect on the ones on top. When you work hard - you get rewarded.

OK for student
Worked for 6 years in EE generally a very good working environment luckily I worked with a amazing group of people were we would always have good banter! It is very hard to move up though unless your willing to move stores constantly. Alot of targets pretty easy if your good at selling you can gain 300-700 extra commission depending how good you do, but that is it because of the hard progression monthly earning on 40 hour contract is 1500-1900 after tax per month can depend on when store your in.Management are good and helpful but top management wasn't.
