About EE

We’re EE. And we’re the bee’s knees, if we do say so ourselves. We provide the best network, and the best service, so our customers can trust us with their digital lives. As part of the BT family, we’re even bigger than you think. We run the UK’s biggest and fastest mobile network, offering 4G in more places than any other UK network. We were also –

THE RISE OF ‘TECHONOMICS’ – EE REVEALS FAMILIES ARE USING TECHNOLOGY TO EARN NEARLY £1K A YEAR. Today, EE research reveals the innovative ways families are using technology to save and even earn money during the cost of living crisis – including selling holiday pictures, hiring out their driveway and loaning their dogs. Half (49%) of UK households now admit to using creative ways to earn more, with the average household generating an extra £910 a year, thanks to their side hustles.

Contact Centre chatterboxes wanted!

Name another place that’s as much fun as an EE Contact Centre. Tricky. Because it’s a fast-paced, friendly and engaging environment where everyone wants their customer to leave the call happy, with any problem solved. You don’t need any experience (we’ll train you up) but you’ll be warm, helpful and welcoming. Not a robotic answering machine, but a friendly voice on the end of the line. Take a mooch at the Contact Centre positions currently available.

Life in our Contact Centres

We’re already the UK’s best network. So your job will be to help us to become the best for service, too. We see beyond experience, so don’t discount yourself if you haven’t worked in a contact centre before. We have millions of conversations with customer’s every day, from all kinds of people, about all kinds of things. You could be doing anything from explaining a bill or sorting a payment issue, to talking through the features of a shiny new smartphone. Open 365 days a year, our contact centres are fun, friendly places where everyone – whether you’re a student or parent, full-timer or part-timer – is championed to perform at their best. Most will agree that our people help to make the centres great places to work. The teams they work in, the support from colleagues and managers, and the friends they make for life. There’s always someone to talk to if you need help or you’ve struggled with a particular call, and the support networks we have in place show our commitment to our colleagues’ well-being.

Life in our Retail Stores

Experience and tech ability are not necessarily what we’re after. We’ll train you up to level amazing on all that. But what we like is confidence, especially amongst our retail staff. Self-confidence, friendliness and the gift of making people feel comfortable and at ease on subjects often outside their comfort zone. Aaliyah has it spades and probably why her team has affectionately pinned this nickname on her. Something about loving her enthusiasm and passion for the job! Yes, we get the odd challenging customer too. So, keeping calm in tricky situations scores good brownie points with us as well.

Prince - The networ-king

With many jobs, you struggle to see a clear career path ahead. Not so at EE. Take Prince, Store Manager in our London store and, now, Regional Commercial Manager for 26 stores in East London. His aspirations for getting on are only matched by his sales skills and ‘connecting’ ability. From development programmes for retail advisors to leadership courses for management material, the future really is in your own hands. We like to promote internally and welcome anyone from any background with any experience who is keen to make a real name for themselves.
