I was proud of it until 2015 when BT bought EE tbats when it all changed.
Interesting and challenging projects. Large scale pieces of work that benefit the country and community.
Not only does it offer competitive salaries within call centre environments, it does try to offer a decent work life balance. Also working for the no1 communications company makes it much easier to promote and talk about to customers even on the more difficult conversations
To gain the benefits and if i am in a busy store i can gain a large amount of commission
