Then you wait for the call back.

Online application, if successful you will receive a telephone interview. Following this, a face-to-face interview will be organised with your prospective manager and area manager.

I applied for a job online, I then received an email the next day asking me to complete an online assessment. The next day I received a call from an EE reqruitment representative asking me to schedule a telephone interview, I was told at the end of the interview that my application was being progressed and that they would like me to attend a face to face interview. The face to face interview occured the following week, at the end of the inteview they told me I would receive a response by the end of the following week. I received a call from the EE reqruitment represnetive the day after my face to face interview offering me the position, I then scheduled my week long training course with EE. All in all, from online application to the job offer the employment process for me took a week.
