Stay Clear!

Wages are good but company is ran awfully. Management have no people skills and no empathy. They will lie to cover their own backs even if it means telling lies about you. If you dont leave on their terms they will withhold pay accuse you of stealing and try court action against you. Targets are moved all the time in the office making them impossible to hit most of the time.Also working a week in hand is not included in the contract but make you work it. did get paid it upon leaving. STAY CLEAR!

With hold pay

Not a good company to work for daily threats about loosing your jobs and they with hold pay best off staying clear if you’re any decent trades person

pretty good exprience

A typical day at work is pretty good because usually we do reading like Zs, Ze and RCDs and wiring installation for customers I learned that any company should not just colleagues relationship among the members of the company they should be like a family and helping each other. Management is important to raise the company up. I had very close friend and he was in the same time me colleague in electricity duties and we were very co operation team. The hardest part of the job is when i learn something complected an new. When we have a lunch and have a chat.
