There was a regular change in senior staff of which most had no prior experience in the field that they have been employed in. Mixed bag

The hours are pretty fair and generally do not run too much over standard hours of 09:00-17:30. The management would benefit from listening to their colleagues that they manage and providing feedback up the chain to Directors. Co-workers are a good bunch but there is not much of a social aspect to the job - largely due to the location of the office.
