The most useful review selected by IndeedI spent five years with Elliott Group, progressing from Line Manager to Depot Manager and finally to Regional Operations Manager in a fairly short space of time. Obviously promotion is good and the people are great.The company are a victim of change sometimes by introducing new systems before all personnel have mastered the old system. This led to resistance against further changes……..work to your peoples strengths but also their weaknesses!!!
