What would you suggest EMCOR management do to prevent others from leaving?

  • Sort there management out

  • Proper stuff training and listen the workers not not bringing any unqualified person to train the receptionist

  • Stop buying contracts to win them

  • Listening to customer needs and liaising with Managers on contracts rather than just the directors to get a real feel for moral and team issues.

  • Maybe a little better understanding, but to be honest at the time, I did not realise the extent of my problems.
