Horrible as an worker you get finned , I Ended up in a&e due to chemicals and got a fine , they take money from your pay they chose the client over you without it being fair it’s ridiculous the company should be ended

A few days after my interview I had two jobs which were great. Emop has many benefits for their workers ! The office team are super nice and helpful answering many questions whenever needed. I would recommend emop to students or anyone trying to make some extra money!

I like working for Emop because I get to decide when and where I want to work. The staff are very helpful and are quick to reply to you if you have any questions or simply need any assistance. Working with other people is also really good because you learn new things and have someone you can talk to while cleaning.

I like Emop because you can choose when you want to work and how many hours you like. Is flexible job and better is you want to work part time and study as well. If you have baby and want a part time job. I recommend Emop to all cleaners which have a good experience in cleaning. Thank you

Not very good company to work for

Emop is not fair cleaning agency to work for if you want to be treated with fairness dignity and respect and when is come to the payment for your job you will not get the right pay the transaction on your account the money you’ve earn will not reflect your balance it will be different that mean you get less money instead of your full pay and if they told you will get weekly don’t believe them they don’t pay weekly at all in fact is every two weeks I will not recommend them to anyone or anybody to book cleaning from them is the worse agency I ever work for

I am working with emop already for a year. It is very convinient because I study at the same time so I need a flexible job. Pay is decent. If you clean properly you can easily be promoted to the supervisor, I was offered but it requires more hours than I could provide.

Therapeutic experience

I enjoyed working at eMop as it was a self employed job service, meaning you could work whenever there was a job available and suitable for your hours. How the system worked was that the client would request via the website specifically what they would like to be cleaned, allowing the app the averagely calculate how long the cleaning would take and how much the eMopper would get paid for the hours. Once the cleaner sees the job, they can choose to accept it.

Pros

eMopper of the month, work whenever you want, friendly staff, fast and easy service

Cons

Not knowing what you’re actually going to clean before you get there, requires internet on phone to communicate via the app

Not good idea...

Everything is still in pieces with this platform. Cleaning the house is hard but the hardest thing is when you have to clean 4-floor house in 5 hours. Co-workers often don't know what to do and they don't even try to finish on time. Clients don't want to pay and no one from the platform takes cleaners side. Don't recommend this if you want to be treated fair.
