Fantastic Place to Work
A rapidly expanding business, with fantastic ethic, culture and offices - the company set high but realistic expectations. Great office office buzz with music playing everyday. 2 x bi-annual trip targets to Dubai and Skiing. Fantastic commission scheme - one of the best in the industry within the UK. Office with a bar, F1 & Golf Simulator. Great training and mentoring from leaders and managers in the business!

Awful Company
Truly the most horrific company I have ever worked for… This is an environment where you visibly witness a ‘bullying culture’ from director level down to recruitment consultants. There is no clear structure or direction for you development, you are simply expected to just make calls for the sake of calls and lie to candidates and clients. They focus is heavily KPI driven (often set up to fail). If you like the environment where you are screamed at on the sales floor and told your under performing in you third week then this job is for you. It’s not all bad… the salary is very good and the commission scheme is fantastic however unrealistic placements for a small agency who has no market share. Expect over 13 hours days as you will be disciplined for leaving work anywhere close to your contractual finish time.

Great place Great people
A great company with great people. Empiric is a fun and enjoyable place to work whilst at the same time encouraging a strong business focus. Recruitment in itself is a tough role in that there are many disappointments to deal with along the way as well as the ups and it's no different here... The hardest part of the role is picking yourself up after one of your candidates comes 2nd. However, if you're trying hard and doing the right things, you get tremendous support and you find yourself quickly back on track. Strong principles and ethics driven from upper management have created a brand you can be proud of and you're given all the tools and training to succeed. And when you do succeed and you're candidate gets the job, that's the best bit. The candidate's happy, your client's happy, your boss is happy and you know you've done a good job. Then, of course you celebrate... Great incentives are on offer to help you repeat this success - top restaurant lunches, trips away to top destinations and monthly commission. Everyone gets on well, there is a lot of laughter in the office and the day flies by.
