Second family and fun place to work

Everyone at Fairmile is a Team, we work hard together, management is so lovely and refreshing to work for. Supporting staff. I wouldn’t have worked for this company for 6 years if it didn’t feel like a home from home. Everyone has the residents best interests. Ive seen managers come and go, but this has felt the best it has in a long time. Would recommended anyone to come and work here
