No flexibility at all.
In the interview they massive big up flexibility. However, after you sign your contract they don’t allow any and you have to work your set shifts. Don’t allow shift change
Sadly you are on set shifts 1 week of lates with weekend off next week working all weekend with 2 midweek days off week 3 saturday and 1 midweek day off week 4 1 midweek day and Sunday off... There is no work life balance you are expected to use holidays if you need to change days for any reason you will work all bank holidays and Boxing day all for minimum wage
Say they do have flexibility but soon as you get employed by them they will tell you that they are fixed and will not entertain any flexibility in the hours.
