A nice place to work

Indeed featured review

The most useful review selected by Indeed
Has its problems like all other organisations, but the EI has a positive culture, and it is doing something meaningful for society. There are lots of opportunities to do interesting work

Pros

Nice people, sense of mission

Cons

Small organisation so advancement can be a problem but there is awareness of this

Great place to learn new skills

Our Head of Department leaves the running of the events to me so I have to take complete responsibility which is the environment I thrive in. As the most senior events person in the team I help everyone with any knowledge or tasks they are unsure of including mentoring and managing some of them.

Dynamic workplace

In my current job I have learned how to liaise with a number of different stakeholders and companies, being able to adapt my work and speech to the level of knowledge of different publics. On a daily basis, I work with data from clients, review technical documents as well as have fun with my work colleagues. My company offers a good work-life balance for its employees.
