The good management team here always supports me with my personal and professional development. The incentives are good and the term time working hours are very attractive to compensate for all the hard work we put in over half term

Efficient and Hard Working Company

Fast paced and action packed!The days can be long but the work being done makes it worth it. being able to secure people their next job is an extremely satisfying feeling. No day is ever the same and the company really tries to make their staff feel valued.

I have been part of the team at Engage Education for a number of years, throughout those years I have felt so much support and guidance and have been able to shape what I believe to be a successful long term career here. Starting off with no experience in the sector, I have had the opportunity to learn, grow and have my career invested in.The culture that has been created at Engage makes it an enjoyable and productive environment to work in, one of the reasons I am happy and grateful to have spent a large part of my working life at Engage!

Fun environment which strives for more

Great environment with a fun culture and a supportive infrastructure. A typical day includes supply bookings in the morning and then a working with school on a LT basis in the afternoon.

Engage is a really fun place to work, where you are encouraged to perform both individually and as a team. This is great as you can really track your personal growth and this hard work is rewarded with great incentives and commission.The company culture is great with regular company wide events, as well as individual branch social activities, making for a lovely team atmosphere where everyone is really friendly and welcoming!The hours can be long, and tough with the early starts, but you soon get used to it and the incentives make it worth it!Overall, a great place to work.

I have worked at this company for many years, it's a sales-based environment that seeks to provide excellent customer satisfaction to candidates and clients in an industry where there is a constant need in the education sector. There is an excellent leadership management team that strives to be more advanced and forward-thinking in comparison other competitors in a competitive market. I truly believe Engage area far more advances than other companies and I've personally celebrated success during most years during my time here at Engage. The targets are utilised to stretch individuals and this varies company wide based on experience and growth.

Free breakfast, shorter hours during non-term times, incentives, celebrating work anniversaries, competitive pay.

Cons

Taking holidays during term time since the cost of holidays has risen pre covid.
