Hands down one of the best companies I have worked for

ENGIE cares for its staff and treats their employees right. This was hands down the best company I have worked for, and I am extremely sad to leave them. I would recommend ENGIE to anyone, they are amazing.

Horrid

Never saw our off site line manager. Very unapproachable and withheld a contracted pay rise. Avoid this company not good employer, Never kept us updated when contract was being bid for.

Outstanding culture

Lived up to their values. Outstanding culture where everyone is friendly, supportive, polite and professional. Offered flexible working. Excellent training. All levels of management interact with the staff and a job done well does not go unnoticed. Not target/number driven unlike other larger call centres. Progression opportunities . Best place I’ve worked in 34 years . Thank you

Shambles

Empty promises and favoritism abound. Breaks for customer service teams are not allowed. but the others can just come and go as they please. Don't clean office. toilets are poorly maintained.

No training no communication. no disciplinary process some staff walk in late every day with no comebacks. No training and no advancement opportunity.

Pressure

Highly pressurised, no thanks - ever. Hard to stay positive. Not consistently managed. Work colleagues lovely. The hardest part of the job turning up Monday morning, most enjoyable part of the job home time Friday

Service Centre Agent

Audio typing interviews in Word document. Learned working in team and working alone. Each team had team manager and had weekly meeting. We would also have yearly reviews and monthly quality checks. Difficult interviews with a lot of over talking and accents are hardest part of job. Managers would gives us treats for our hard work.
