- The best part of the job was my colleagues and the areas visited. Went to some amazing properties. -The company should really distinguish who they are what they do, instead of hiding being their partnership of big corporations. A lot of the time people were expecting a visit from the partner as information about the visit was provided by the partners, just for a representative from another company to turn up. Makes sense right? no!. Most Customers were ok with once this once this was explained but doesn't help the task of supposedly selling to these individuals. - The 4 day work week is honestly a ploy to make the job more attractive. You spend 10 hours a day minimum of the road. I emphasise on minimum as you have to account for the many traffic indicents and inconsiderate management sending you to locations because you are supposedly the nearest in the area to the customer. The job felt I was working a 50+ hour work because of these reason rather a 40 hour work week. -I have never worked in a company, where so many long standing staff and new staff talk about the company leaving every day. This definitely doesn't create an environment of job security. Almost a toxic environment. - On the surface, the management were good people and have their own mangers tasks to adhere to. However, they often come across as inconsiderate and have no context of what the customer actually needs. Just a typical sales job. If your fine with hitting targets and working alone, I would recommend.

Just a typical sales job. If your fine with hitting targets and being alone, I would recommend. Pros - good pay - get to pick your shifts - independent/ alone most of the time (driving by yourself) - always up to date with newest tech Cons - Targets (if you don’t hit KPI’s you will be asked to leave) - Always having new managers - Very high employee turnover

This used to be a fun place to work at...
Tech Expert (Current Employee) - Birmingham - 11 June 2021
This company has lost sight of what’s important and is all about the numbers and doesn’t care for its employees mental health and doesn’t reward its employees enough for what they do, employees are undervalued and only seen as a means for making money and revenue, technical expertise and knowledge has no value if you are unable to hit sales targets which are unrealistic in the current climate especially when people are struggling financially we are expected to go to customer homes and squeeze out every penny we can out of them. There is a heavy and strong focus on premium sales (expensive products) if you sell something small like a charger or case and screen protector there is 0 value or recognition for that. Helping a customer overcome a technical issue has no meaning or value if you don’t sell them something.
Pros
None
Cons
Long driving distances, constant pressure from managers, unrealistic commission and targets, (commission is not paid if customers cancel subscription within 14 days), no pay rise
