They should increase salary per hour rate at least minimum of £1 or more on top of the Uk National minimum wage rate per hour . Above else from that the ens in my opinion is just fair.
Nice staffs and good teamwork
Salary is not competitive

Thank you for taking the time to comment, we’re really sorry to hear this. Like many care services our clients would love to be able to pay more but are unfortunately constrained by government funding. Some of our roles do have higher pay rates, depending on the client and geographical area. If you are looking for a perm role potentially with a higher salary then contact our commercial team.
ENS is a lovely company to work for, you really feel a part of the team and comfortable in the office. The work is varied and I feel recognized and praised well for my hard work. The job is interesting and my colleagues are lovely.
In my view, i think you can more than above annual salary, depending on the hours you are available to do. You can earn more if you available to do m
My view, I believed that the the company are making all possible best to keep their staff well trained and secure at work. They make you feel more comfortable when working with them by going through some courses related to your area of job and even advice you to do more courses on another area that can help you at work.
ENS for me have been brilliant, they offer me shifts around my availability and even sometimes do offer me other shifts just in case I maybe available. They are very understanding! Couldn’t recommend enough! Well done ENS
Never had a problem getting shifts office staff lovely and they understand and listen to your concerns if any. Pay is very reasonable and mileage is too
Office staff are very polite and they strive well in creating a good atmosphere for everyone. Management has a good approach to handling front line staff situation at difficult times.
Good trainings/weekly pay is sure.
Best recruitment agency in the UK, I was able to get more knowledge on how to work with people of background and also the different work environment and never at any time felt bored in my job
Distance of the allocated work might be too far
good customer service from the recruitment staff
This company tends to take on loads of new staff when previous staff are requested more hours. They do not communicate well within the office and you can often receive two different calls by staff regarding the same shift to cover. I have even had phone calls when on holiday! The clients are what make the job! Hours are flexible (when they have them). Being a student, I am able to have the days of for my studies. Pays ok. Roughly between 7.50-8 pounds for most clients, although specialist clients are up to 11 pounds. It's hard to get into specialist clients as these have regular staff and it's hard to get the training you need when requesting from the office. This type of job is more of a stepping stone or way to build skills of support working. Not the best job to build a career as you'll end up working every day of the week and doing nights to make up rent! The average worker will earn approx 500 pounds a week doing long shifts, day and night every day of the week if you can find the hours. Your best to be car driver with appropriate insurance to take clients out to get more shifts.
Not enough hours
Worked for this company on there morning shift to start. Contracted between 4 and 6am start when the true time is much earlier to 2 in the morning. Training could be better i was on my own on day 2. Go home to bed again for next day. No work life. Money is standard poor no extra overtime rate.
