This is by far the worst company that I have worked with. People are treated unfairly, there is a large blame culture and every single manager is not qualified for their role and they are very unprofessional. The training was non existent as staff members just couldn’t be bothered. Constant gossiping about people. The staff turnover is the most I have ever witnessed in al companies I have worked with, combined.I really do not recommend anyone who wants to be happy, to work here. HR are very unprofessional and share personal information with other members of staff.
Having worked for the company for a number of years, I have found them to be friendly, helpful, supportive and nurturing. Ensafe will support you with your development and even pay for external courses to assist with your progression where needed, and internal training including qualifications is offered to assist with more specific site roles. The audit team work hard to make sure that everyone is working to the requirements set by UKAS and the HSE, to keep both them and those working around them safe. Changes have been made in the HR department and Operations which are all for the better. Of course you have to work hard, but no company pays you to sit and chat all day!! Would I recommend you work here? - Yes

Very undervalued, Underpaid & no one cares about you. You will be lucky if the management team even know what you do. They have a ridiculous amount of directors / managers and still don't seem to be able to do simple tasks. Any problems you bring up will be brushed under the carpet. You are not appreciated as a member of staff and there is some firm favorites and these will be highlighted. Lack of origination, Will be constantly letting clients down due to 'higher profit' jobs coming in last minute. (Literally changing jobs at 4pm the day before surveyors are meant to go) Surveyors being messed around not knowing what they are doing the next day until late at night & then having to work away last minute. Giving staff to many job roles not allowing for basic tasks to be completed (One to Ones) This could of been such an amazing career but you are just another member of staff and they do not care enough about you to want you to do well in their company as they know they will just find someone else.
Underpaid, Poor management, No progression
To sum it up quickly You’ll be underpaid, under appreciated and over worked you’ll also receive rushed training and poor equipment, the incompetence in stores means your also fighting for Basic kit Just to meet the operational needs of a significantly over stretched and understaffed company. Stay well away!!
Birthday off, don’t get fired for poor performance
