good place to work
enjoyed the job and the people around, long hours but you get the hang of everything in no time and you get to drive a lot of different cars so the day is never just sat in an office, it’s a good mix

Progression stagnant
Your a delivery driver. You drop and collect cars, if your branch is understaffed which most are, you'll get the joy of cleaning cars too. Assistant and branch managers are normally friendly and nice as they've been there. However everyone is under significant pressure to hit targets. Start time is 7:45 if your lucky your gone by 5:30/6. Profession is offered on a who you know basis.

Who wants to work 45 hours a week for minimum wage? High stress job, no rewards for hard work, only threats of written warnings and corporate manslaughter.Managers sit in meetings and put arbitrary rules in place t...
