Over work you
Growth is slow, they say they’re about progression but don’t care and just over work you. No work life balance at all. When your circumstances change they don’t really care about it, they just care that you do your work

Pressure
Pressurised environment with no job security. Lots of targets some of which like only spending 4 minutes on a call to a customer are impossible! As some customers can’t even give a date and the software is slow and crashes and sticks and can be pain! So to achieve a from start to finish call is impossible! The booking system gives says cars are available but when the customer goes to the branch the vehicle isn’t available!

No work life balance
No cars available even though its a car rental company and a major lack of staff makes it unbearable to work there. Usually work around 70 hours a week. Booking system allows customers to book vehicles overnight when staff is not in and could lead them to come to the store first thing in the morning and not have the vehicle available. Upper management do not care about staff

Give you a false image and very disorganised
A very reactive company, most of the time it can be last minute.com. They constantly change your daily tasks without telling you at times. Management has unrealistic demands and timelines. They think you can fix a vehicle in 10 minutes sometimes and magic parts from nowhere. They preach about mental health support, and they don't, they give you the nice talk and tell you that you are not pulling your weight in the same sentence. So disconnected from the work force. Their pay is ok, could be better. If you choose to work for them, make sure you get things in writing first, they are good at giving you promises and then give you something different.

Decent job, just get on with it
decent job to have, just get on with what you need to do, get to drive nice cars, management bit pushy and don't have choice to stay late sometimes, overtime happens a lot.
