No support awful place of work, awful pay.. No benefits worth having pension scheme rubbish… Wouldn't recommend anyone to work for enterprise… No support from management what so ever

A company built on lies. Enterprise like to sell the “dream”, DONT BUY INTO THIS. All this “internal promotion” is absolute rubbish, if you don’t look the right way you’ll get no where. It’s all young managers who are absolutely untouchable, and believe they are, and it’s embarrassing. Working from 7:45 til past 6pm most night. Barely even in the office and not getting to do half the things they said you would. The company is embarrassing, and make up their own rules as they go. It’s one rule for someone and another for someone else. Their morals are all wrong, and if you even try tell HR, they shrug it off. FIND A JOB SOMEWHERE ELSE
