Pressurised environment with no job security. Lots of targets some of which like only spending 4 minutes on a call to a customer are impossible! As some customers can’t even give a date and the software is slow and crashes and sticks and can be pain! So to achieve a from start to finish call is impossible! The booking system gives says cars are available but when the customer goes to the branch the vehicle isn’t available!
