Alright but be warned
Job site offers £14-£15 but this includes all your holiday and pension so you actually salary is about £12 a hour. Still not bad. Only paid for time in house this is fine but I would work 14 hour days and be paid for 8 hours....Got told that when you get promoted to senior you get 75p extra an hour, company refused to give evidence of this and when you ask for contract for your new hourly rate they decline. Was only 25p extra an hour so around £11 a week.Pay slips not password protected so very poor GDPR even when asked why they don't and can they protect my info they brushed it off and blamed Covid.You can earn great money here just be ready to give up your whole life to do it.Very back stabby team, lots of chatter behind your back. Overall experience is average as I'm sure most care companies are like this. Enthuse is a new company so guess they need time to grow and learn

Spare your time with this company
This is a great company to work for if you have no life and happy to work for the fragment of the promised money. The rota being distributed weekly but changes daily. The little surprises they do not tell you is that, they only pay the time when you are in the home of the costumer, ergo if you are working from 6:30-21:40 with a two hour break in the middle for 3 days, then you will get hardly 23 hours of payment for that. Another great surprise is that they will obligate you to take someone with you in your car, throughout the whole shift and if you dare to let them know that you are not comfortable with this, They will lay you off before the probation is over.

Lacking good management
The pay at enthuse is good and the hrs flexible just lacking in good management which unfortunately lets the company down. All to quick to yell at you for your short comings and never thanking or encouraging you for all the good things. Can be quite demoralising when you are trying your best and its never good enough. There is a vibe amongst employees of trying to get one up on each there which kills any sense of comradeship and unity in the ranks. Pretty much all comes down to poor managerial skills.

Amazing company to work for
I have worked for Enthuse for a while now. It’s one of the best care company’s I have ever worked for. Management are approachable, helpful, kind and caring. They are available at the end of the phone pretty much 24/7 for anyone, even if they’re not working. When they’re short staffed they also go out and work to help out. They listen to what staff want, days off at short notice, call swapping and their preferred round. You can change your availability as much as you want, booking holiday is easy. Communication is great, all the care staff that work there are so nice and don’t have a problem helping you with anything. The pay is good, and like any Dom care company if you put the hours in it really pays off. They are flexible with your shifts if you need to swap anything. During this pandemic I feel they have taken everything so seriously and are doing their best to keep us all safe. The best bit about this company is no matter what time it is, whatever you need, or if you’re stuck or need help someone is always at the end of the phone to support you

Office staff treat carers horribly and it shows how little they think of you in the pay!
This company is an awful environment to work in. Most of the carers you work with in the community are great but because of management very unhappy. You are not allowed to take sick days unless as I quote “you’re dead”.Pay is awful and even worse if you get on the offices wrong side where they will take most of your shifts off you to make a point.Management is very clicky and do not give a toss about you if you’re not in that group. Carers are treated with no respect what so ever!New employees are sent out to work before being given proper training and experience which puts a massive strain on the employee who knows what they’re doing.The company constantly goes on about how the clients welfare comes first but this is only when it suits them. They like to make up rules one minute and then change things when it doesn’t suit them. The management constantly talk about clients and staff behind their backs- another example of lack of respect. It is embarrassing to work for this company as you’re constantly late and have to apologise to the client and family- this is not acceptable when clients may need pad changes etc. This is caused by having no travel time. Also you are only paid when you are actually with a client so you could work a 14hour day and only be paid for 9. There is so much I could say about this company but the I think this gives a good review of this branch and company.
