Really enjoyed it at first but as i was there longer I noticed things

Badly managed, the hours you do compared to what you actually get paid is shocking. I could be out the house from 6am-21:30pm and I’d only get paid half that time. Also your “holiday pay” isn’t really holiday pay. They trick you with that one.. if you wish to have a holiday pay they take an hour off your hourly rate and save it in your “holiday pot” so when you book holidays off you can take money...

deteriorated after owners illness

initially a great company to work for but inexperienced management brought in towards end of my employment and company went down in standards severely with safety rules being broken

Awful company

Treat staff like dirt. Say that they support you with mental health yet if you reach out you’re told to suck it up and get back to work. Myself and others have had a bug and been told to work putting SU’s at risk with a threat of firing if you go sick. Friendly and supportive

I came back into care to give it one last go as i always found care company's to care more about their banks then the clients themselves. Enthuse changed my view on this after a very short period of time, the management are extremely supportive and always on hand if you need them.
