Sales Negotiator for Entwistle Green in Morecambe

Exciting, fun, fast and target driven

Prior to my sales position at Kudos, I was working as a Sales Negotiator for Entwistle Green, a subsidiary of the national company Countrywide. Working for Entwistle Green required vigilant diary management therefore time keeping was of the upmost importance. The work there was highly driven to maintain targets so I am comfortable working under pressure. I demonstrated success in negotiating sales and liaising with clients, customers and solicitors as well as establishing excellent telephone, email and face to face communication. I developed strong people skills through building relationships with clients and being at their disposal for all their needs in a sympathetic manner. Working as an estate agent required confidence when working not only individually but also in a small office group within a large national team, meeting the high standards expected. I have extensive knowledge of local areas and have proven my research skills of the property market within the region as a whole. During my day to day, I traveled around the local area to meet clients for property viewings, appraising each property based on its merits, and effecting a suitable strategy whilst being punctual and well presented at all times.

Management don’t have a clue and who’ve many false promises. Deserve the commission then find out rules change so you don’t receive. Long hours, poor moral and lots of false promises

Productive and Rewarding job

Very rewarding. You get out, just as much as you put in - so if you like a challenge, this is an excellent sector to be in. Employers taught me alot and excellent training programmes. Management and colleagues were all friendly and fair, they made me feel comfortable and allowed me to be myself. Every aspect of the job is enjoyable if sales is for you.
