Very good job for hours and salary

Have worked for ebs around 4 years and don't see me going anywhere else. They have grown alot in size with multiple contracts.Conditions improve where ever needed, good equipment, staff and pay.

Stay clear

Awful company to work for.
Constantly pushed to get more work done.
4 nights away and wont pay for parking.
Expect you to slump it in a layby or dodgy estate.
No matter what, will expect you to get back to load for next day pushing 15hours twice weekly and the other 3 days a 13.
Make you have reduced breaks.
Takes money out of your wages for and damage (however slight)
Management speak to drivers like muck.
Expect you to sleep in container whilst your truck is in for service.
Absolute joke of a firm.
No respect to drivers

As they haul for another company it does not matter how bad the conditions are, its not their problem

Easy job badly run all they want is the work they have to be finished. Your home life does not matter. Long days and rush rush rush. Good pay but people leave all the time, that must tell them that they need to fix things.

Good company for new starters
HGV Class 1 Driver (Current Employee) - Grays - 3 November 2022
After passing my class 1 Ebs took me on as a brand new driver and gave me the training I needed. After 6 months of being with them I was the first one to be put on a new contract and i was getting pay rises and promotions, I always feel like I'm a part of the team and not just a number
